"K&P Co., Ltd. Chairman Park Bok-yong Awarded for 50 Years of Contributions to Industrial Development

At the 60th Anniversary Commemoration Ceremony of South Korea's Industrial Complexes, Park Bok-yong, Chairman of K&P Co., Ltd., was honored with the Minister of Trade, Industry, and Energy Award for his significant contributions to industrial development.

Held on the 12th at the G Tower Convention Center in Guro-gu, Seoul, the ceremony celebrated the 60th anniversary of South Korea's industrial complexes, starting with the nation's first industrial complex in Guro.

For over 50 years, Chairman Park has consistently driven Korea's industrial growth and competitiveness. His notable achievements include playing a pivotal role in developing LG Electronics' PDP TV, which significantly contributed to the advancement of the domestic display industry. After founding K&P Co., Ltd., he set new benchmarks in quality management by winning the Presidential Award at the National Quality Control Circle Competition. Moreover, he has been at the forefront of technological innovation by obtaining a patent for a low-temperature sintering conductive electrode paste composition and its manufacturing method. Beyond his business endeavors, he has demonstrated a strong commitment to corporate social responsibility through various initiatives, such as providing scholarships, supporting local communities, and establishing Korean language classes in Vietnam.

During the award ceremony, Chairman Park expressed his gratitude, stating, "I am honored to have contributed to the development of Korea's industry for the past 50 years. I will continue to strive for sustainable growth through technological innovation and social contributions, and remain committed to the advancement of Korea's industry."
