In August, at the LG Innotek Outsourced Quality On-Site Management Meeting, K&P was selected as an excellent workplace.

This achievement was made possible not by a simple system upgrade, but thanks to the dedicated efforts of Team Leader Yong-Ryun Kim and the PS Team.

Previously, K&P was only able to track LOT ID start times and raw material LOTs, but by enhancing MES functions, the company has significantly strengthened its process management capabilities.

Now, all process conditions—including room-temperature exposure start/end, stirring, opening, and disposal registration times—are automatically recorded and retrievable.

As a result, since May 2025, K&P has achieved zero missed tracking records. In addition, manual recording errors or omissions have been eliminated, and automatic alerts for exceeding valid or exposure times have helped prevent issues in advance.

These changes have directly contributed to preventing operator errors, ensuring quality stability, and enhancing customer trust—values that align with K&P’s core philosophy of quality management.

Moving forward, K&P will continue to build better quality and trust through the relentless innovation efforts of the PS Team, led by Team Leader Yong-Ryun Kim, together with all employees.
